The PropertyExperience the relaxed Spanish lifestyle in this stunning, restored, farmhouse in the heart of rural Andalucia.  Comfortably furnished, spacious, and equipped to a high standard, it will satisfy the most discerning guests.  The living areas, large bedrooms and stylish bathrooms – teamed with five acres of terraced gardens with two swimming pools - allows for relaxed entertaining.  Situated in a picturesque valley in the foothills of the Sierrra de Salinas, the house enjoys views over the Arriate valley towards the ancient Moorish city of Ronda.

Inside

• Style: Experience farmhouse charm in the heart of rural Andalucia
• Bedrooms: All six of the double bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms; three of them also have baths as well as showers.  In the individually designed bedrooms - each of which has a private terrace or direct access to the gardens - the sumptuous pocket sprung beds with their crisp Egyptian cotton sheets are a welcome treat at the end of the day.
• For relaxation: The interior of the beautiful ‘Finca’ is laid out with pure luxury in mind. The sitting room overlooks the stunning entrance hall from its mezzanine platform and the underfloor heating as well as roaring log fires keep the house warm throughout the seasons. Put your feet up in the home-cinema with a broad selection of DVD’s, pop your favourite CD’s on the sound systems, plug in your I-Pod, or delve into the selection of books or games. 
• For recreation: There’s Sky TV, WiFi connection, and the games room in the lower building is equipped with a pool table and a wooden football table. Outside there’s table tennis and badminton at which to try your skills.

Outside

Plunge into the large infinity pool or the spring-fed “alberca” or relax in the terraced gardens planted with lavender, rosemary and thyme. 

Food and Wine

• DIY:Cater in style in either the large, bespoke, principal kitchen – or the second kitchen in the lower house.  There is a productive fruit and vegetable garden from which to choose your ingredients and a well-stocked cellar where you will find a good selection of locally sourced wines, Sherries and Cava.
• In-house cuisine: Alternatively, arrange with our staff to have your meals prepared and served in the grand double height dining hall or on the vine terrace. 

Out and About

• There is easy access to the airports and cities of Seville, Cordoba, Jerez and Granada and to experience real Spain, the famous White Villages of Andalucia are all within reasonable driving distance.
• Head to the Ascari racetrack for some F1 excitement – or go hot air ballooning for an unforgettable view of ancient Ronda.
• Swimming or canoeing on the lake at nearby Zahara; tennis in Ronda; golf on the coast; a trip to the beach to windsurf or swim; or a day trip to the souks of Tangier – all are possible
